A binding contract is formed as soon as a booking for a service offered by REFORMHER, such as Reformer Pilates classes, is made via the booking portal on ReformHer or via the Studio app and is confirmed by REFORMHER (Sections 145 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Confirmation by REFORMHER is given by sending a registration or payment confirmation by e-mail, or by signature of the contract. Opening hours, as well as the current schedule of classes and events, can be viewed at any time on the website and in the Studio app and are updated regularly.

Likewise, REFORMHER may cancel an event if fewer than 5 participants are registered by 7 days before the start, or if other organisational or health-related reasons make it impossible to hold the event.

The validity period of the respective single or multi-visit pass is stated at the time of purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the Studio (Janin Klose – REFORMHER PILATES STUDIO, Carrierastraße 17, 01139 Dresden, e-mail: info@reformherstudio.de) in writing, by letter or e-mail, of her decision to withdraw from the contract.
Following a valid withdrawal, REFORMHER will refund all amounts already paid for services not yet rendered within 14 days, using the payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed.
(3) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and pro rata payment
The right of withdrawal lapses if the customer has already begun and fully received REFORMHER's services within the withdrawal period.
If the customer has expressly requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, she must pay a pro rata amount for the portion of services already rendered.
The amount is calculated based on the proportion of services rendered up to the time of withdrawal relative to the total scope of the agreed services.
§14 Final Provisions
(1)
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2)
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the customer and REFORMHER is Dresden.
(3)
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(4)
REFORMHER reserves the right to amend or supplement these GTC in writing, in particular in the case of adjustments to legal requirements, changes to business operations, or technical innovations.
Customers will be informed of changes to the GTC via the website, the Studio app, or by e-mail. Changes take effect 4 weeks after notification.
§1 Conclusion of Contract
Janin Klose – REFORMHER PILATES STUDIO
Carrierastraße 17, 01139 Dresden
E-mail: info@reformher.de
(1) Scope of application of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Janin Klose – REFORMHER PILATES STUDIO (hereinafter "REFORMHER" or "the Studio") and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in an individual case.
For the purposes of these GTC, customers are all natural persons who have been or are granted the right by the Studio to use the services offered or to purchase the products offered.
(2) Conclusion of contract
A binding contract is formed as soon as a booking for a service offered by REFORMHER, such as Reformer Pilates classes, is made via the booking portal on ReformHer or via the Studio app and is confirmed by REFORMHER (Sections 145 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Confirmation by REFORMHER is given by sending a registration or payment confirmation by e-mail, or by signature of the contract. By making a booking, the customer confirms that she has read, understood, and accepted our GTC and the Studio policies. Customers will be notified of any changes to the GTC by e-mail.
Use of REFORMHER's services is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. By registering, the customer confirms that she is of legal age.
§2 Scope of Services and Terms of Use
(1) Type and scope of services offered
REFORMHER offers various Reformer Pilates classes (individual or group), at different difficulty levels, as well as personal training, workshops, and events. The Studio is entirely dedicated to the training and wellbeing of women. Participation is possible via single or multi-visit passes, memberships, or vouchers.
All services are provided at the REFORMHER PILATES STUDIO or at premises rented for this purpose. The Studio does not guarantee that all training equipment or class places will be available at all times. Use is subject to current demand and the Studio's operational capacity.
(2) Opening hours
Opening hours, as well as the current schedule of classes and events, can be viewed at any time on the website and in the Studio app and are updated regularly.
REFORMHER is entitled to remain closed on statutory public holidays and on up to 10 additional days per year due to renovation work or other operationally necessary reasons. In such cases, customers have no claim to a refund of class fees or membership contributions.
Customers will be notified of the relevant closure periods in good time via the website or the Studio's social media channels.
(3) Changes to the range of services
REFORMHER is entitled to adjust class schedules, class content, and the assignment of instructors at any time.
A class may be cancelled at short notice if fewer than 4 participants are registered by no later than 12 hours before the class start, or if organisational or health-related reasons (illness of trainers or technical faults) prevent the class from taking place.
Likewise, REFORMHER may cancel an event if fewer than 5 participants are registered by 7 days before the start, or if other organisational or health-related reasons make it impossible to hold the event.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by REFORMHER, the customer will receive a full refund. For classes, the credit used will be re-credited; for events, the amount already paid will be refunded.
§3 Single and Multi-Visit Passes
(1) Scope of services and validity
For booking the services offered, REFORMHER offers single and multi-visit passes. A single Reformer Pilates class, personal training session, workshop, or event can be booked using a single-visit pass.
Multi-visit passes are available as 5-visit and 10-visit passes and entitle the holder to book individual Reformer Pilates classes and personal training sessions. Multi-visit passes cannot be used to book workshops or events.
The purchase of a single or multi-visit pass for Reformer Pilates classes entitles the holder solely to participate in the type of class for which it was purchased. Passes for group classes are valid only for group classes; passes for on-demand classes may only be redeemed for on-demand classes. Exchange or transfer to other class types is not possible.
The validity period of the respective single or multi-visit pass is stated at the time of purchase.
(2) Credits
Depending on the pass selected, the customer has a certain number of credits available each month. The exact number of credits is stated in the booking portal and at the conclusion of the contract.
Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period. An extension or refund of unused services is excluded.
(3) Transferability
Multi-visit passes are non-transferable, are issued to a named individual, and are valid for one person only.
An exception may be granted in individual cases, for example in the case of pregnancy, relocation, or injury, subject to prior agreement with the Studio.
§4 Memberships
(1) Term and renewal
REFORMHER offers memberships with a term of 3 months. The membership is automatically renewed for the same period unless cancelled in due time.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days before the end of the 3-month term.
(2) Conclusion of contract, scope of services and validity
The membership contract becomes effective upon conclusion of the contract via the online portal. The customer may use REFORMHER's services to the agreed extent from the start of the contract.
The purchase of a membership entitles the holder solely to participate in the respective designated class type. Memberships for on-demand classes may only be redeemed for on-demand classes and are not transferable to other class types. Memberships cannot be used to book workshops or events.
Members may bring a friend to train once a month. This offer applies exclusively to new customers who have not previously attended classes at REFORMHER. The guest's participation must be announced to the Studio by e-mail to info@reformherstudio.de no later than 6 hours before the class starts.
(3) Credits and refunds
Depending on the membership selected, the customer has a certain number of credits available each month, which can be used to book individual Reformer Pilates classes within the respective class type.
The exact number of credits is stated in the booking portal and at the conclusion of the contract. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and cannot be transferred or paid out.
A refund of contributions already paid for unused periods is excluded.
(4) Suspension (pausing)
Memberships may be suspended provided the interruption lasts at least 7 consecutive days. The Studio must be notified in writing at least 7 days before the suspension begins.
Within a 3-month membership, a total suspension of up to 30 days may be granted. In the event of a suspension, both the next payment collection date and the end of the membership are postponed by the duration of the suspension.
(5) Change and transferability
A change to another membership is possible at the start of the next billing period. Memberships are issued to a named individual and are non-transferable.
§5 Bookings
(1) Booking platform
All bookings are made via the Glofox booking platform. In order to book a service with us, all customers must create a Glofox account and agree to Glofox's respective terms of use and privacy policy.
(2) Participation
Participation in classes and events requires a prior booking via our booking portal on the website or via the Studio app.
Participation is only guaranteed once payment has been made in full. Personal training sessions are treated as appointments arranged individually by e-mail.
For all classes offered by REFORMHER, only one booking per customer per day is permitted. This applies to both single and multi-visit passes as well as memberships.
(3) Waiting list
If a class or event is already fully booked, the customer may be placed on a waiting list. A place on the waiting list does not constitute a right to participate.
If a place becomes available, it is allocated to the first person to confirm it in a binding manner.
§6 Prices, Terms of Payment, Set-Off
(1) Price list
The prices applicable at the time of booking, as shown on the website, in the Studio app, or in the Studio itself, shall apply.
REFORMHER reserves the right to change prices and the content of the price list at any time, with effect for future bookings. Contracts already concluded, such as single or multi-visit passes and memberships, remain unaffected by price changes, unless otherwise agreed.
(2) Payment methods
Payments are made primarily online using the payment methods offered in the booking portal (e.g. card payment, direct debit).
Cash payments for the purchase of single or multi-visit passes and vouchers are accepted in the Studio.
(3) Due dates for fees
Unless otherwise agreed, all participation fees and contributions are due upon conclusion of the contract.
For memberships, the membership fee is payable monthly. In the event of late payment, access to bookings may be blocked.
Refunds of passes or contributions already paid are excluded, unless otherwise agreed or the Studio cancels classes or changes its offering.
(4) Terms for vouchers and promotions
Discounts, vouchers, and special promotions are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined within a single booking.
Vouchers are accepted only in original form and are non-transferable.
(5) Set-off
The customer may only set off claims against REFORMHER if her counterclaim is undisputed or has been legally established.
§7 Non-Attendance and Cancellation
(1) Cancellation, early termination, no-shows
Classes and personal training sessions may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start. Workshops and events may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start.
In the case of a later cancellation, early termination, or no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund. For single-visit passes, the credit used is forfeited; for multi-visit passes and memberships, it is recorded as used.
In the case of timely cancellation, the credit already deducted is re-credited to the customer's account.
Participants in a group class who do not arrive punctually at the start of the class may, for safety reasons, no longer take part in the class. The booking is forfeited without any entitlement to a refund or rebooking.
(2) Statutory rights of cancellation and withdrawal
The customer's statutory rights of cancellation and withdrawal remain unaffected, irrespective of the provisions set out in these GTC.
(3) Termination without notice for good cause
Both REFORMHER and the customer are entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice for good cause. Good cause exists in particular where one of the parties cannot reasonably be expected to continue the contract.
REFORMHER is entitled to terminate the contract without notice if the customer acts in breach of contract or in a disruptive manner, fails to meet her payment obligations despite a reminder, or violates the house rules or safety regulations.
Upon the termination taking effect, the customer's right to participate in classes and her access to all of the Studio's offerings expire.
In the event of termination by the Studio for good cause attributable to the customer, there is no entitlement to a refund of contributions already paid.
Good cause on the part of the customer exists in particular in the case of a proven, permanent illness or injury, a permanent change of residence, pregnancy, or a material breach of duty by the Studio.
The termination must be made in writing, stating the reason. REFORMHER is entitled to request appropriate evidence (e.g. a medical certificate or certificate of registration).
In the event of a valid termination without notice by the customer, REFORMHER is obliged to refund, on a pro rata basis, amounts already paid for services not yet used. As a general rule, a refund will only be made for periods after the termination takes effect.
§8 Special Provisions for ClassPass and Wellpass
(1) ClassPass
Booking, management, and cancellation of classes is carried out exclusively via the ClassPass platform or the ClassPass app.
Our GTC and house rules apply in addition. In the case of late arrival, participation in the class will be refused for safety reasons. In this case, the booking is forfeited without any entitlement to a refund or rebooking.
(2) Wellpass
Booking, management, and cancellation of classes is carried out directly via our booking portal on our website or via the Studio app. By making a booking, the customer confirms that she holds a valid Wellpass membership.
a) Surcharge
In addition to using Wellpass, a surcharge of €10.00 (incl. VAT) per visit is payable for participation in group classes. The surcharge must be paid directly at the time of booking via Glofox.
No additional surcharge applies for participation in screen-based training. REFORMHER is entitled to change the amount of the surcharge with reasonable prior notice.
b) Wellpass check-in
Wellpass check-in is carried out via QR code and must be presented and successfully scanned at reception before the class begins. Without a successful check-in, there is no entitlement to participate.
c) Cancellation, no-shows, and cancellation fee
The cancellation and no-show rules set out in 4 of these GTC apply accordingly.
In the case of late cancellation or no-shows, an additional cancellation fee of €15 will be charged due to the discounted place reservation.
If no valid payment details are stored in the customer's account, the fee will be invoiced to the customer.
§9 Sale of Goods
(1) Range of goods and prices
In addition to classes and events, REFORMHER offers goods for sale, in particular merchandise items.
Goods can only be purchased in the Studio. Prices include the applicable value-added tax.
(2) Returns and complaints
Refunds or exchanges are excluded unless the goods are defective.
Complaints regarding defects must be reported immediately, either in person at the Studio or by e-mail to REFORMHER.
No warranty claims exist for damage or defects resulting from improper use, wear, or normal deterioration.
§10 Liability & Health
(1) Health condition of customers
Participation in all classes, training sessions, and events offered by REFORMHER is at the customer's own risk.
By making a booking, the customer confirms that she is in good physical health and able to meet the demands of the respective training session.
Any health restrictions, injuries, or pregnancies must be disclosed to the trainers before the class begins. In case of doubt, it is recommended to seek medical advice before participating.
(2) Exclusion of liability
The Studio is not liable for damage caused by improper use of equipment, failure to follow trainers' instructions, or the customer's own fault.
Customers are liable for damage they cause to REFORMHER's property or facilities.
Lockers are available only during training hours. In the event of misuse, REFORMHER is entitled to have the locker opened at the customer's expense.
No liability is accepted for personal belongings brought onto the premises, in particular valuables.
(3) Liability for intent and gross negligence
REFORMHER and its vicarious agents are liable only in the case of intent or gross negligence.
In the case of slight negligence, REFORMHER is liable only where a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) has been breached, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.
§11 Copyright
(1) Protection of content
All content published or made available as part of our Studio, in particular class concepts, training materials, images, and videos, is protected by copyright.

(3) Consequences of infringement
In the event of unauthorised use, reproduction, disclosure, or other infringement of the rights of REFORMHER or third parties, REFORMHER is entitled to prohibit further use and to take corresponding legal action.
The customer is liable for all damage arising from the infringement. Further statutory claims, in particular claims for injunctive relief and damages, remain unaffected.
§12 Data Protection & Use of Images
(1) Use of personal data
Customers' personal data is used by REFORMHER exclusively for the performance of the contract, class bookings, and communication.
(2) Photo and video recordings
REFORMHER may take photographs and video recordings during classes, workshops, or events for advertising and documentation purposes, provided that participants have given their express prior consent.
Consent is given free of charge and may be withdrawn at any time in writing or by e-mail.
(3) Further information
Further information on the collection and processing of personal data, on the use of image material, and on the customer's rights can be found in our privacy policy on the website.
