ARRIVAL & PREPARATION
Arrive Early
Please arrive 5-15 minutes before your class to help us start on time and give you a moment to get comfortable.
What to Wear
Wear whatever feels comfortable! We recommend form-fitting workout clothes, as they help your instructor see your alignment.
What to Bring
Feel free to bring a towel and water (no glass bottles), or enjoy free water in the studio. If you’re joining our on-demand classes, please bring your own Bluetooth headphones.
No Shoes
Please take off your shoes before entering the training area. For Reformer training, grip socks are mandatory. Feel free to bring your own or purchase them at the studio.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Reserve Your Spot
Our classes fill quickly – with just 8 participants per class, we recommend booking early through our booking portal to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We require 12 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows lead to the loss of your class credit.
Waitlist
Join the waitlist if a class is full. When a spot opens up, it’s first come, first served so confirm quickly before someone else does.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Communicate Openly
Please inform your instructor about any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class. Open communication helps us keep you safe and provide the best guidance for your practice.
Listen to Your Body
Pay attention to how your body feels during each session. Modify or skip movements if something doesn’t feel right.
Protect yourself and others
Please stay home and reschedule if you’re unwell, recovering from illness, or experiencing symptoms. Help us keep the studio safe for everyone.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Mindful Silence
Our studio is a sanctuary. Please keep conversations low and silence your phone so everyone can stay focused, relaxed, and fully present in their practice.
Respect the Space
Please treat the Reformers and all equipment with care. After your session, put everything back as you found it and wipe down your equipment.
Be Present
This is your time. Step into the studio, leave the outside world behind and enjoy each moment of your practice.
